pirate teams you can choose to play against.
C team is the easiest and the Varsity team is the hardest.

Since Navs can only go on to the next expedition by winning the pirate teams tend not to increase in confidence. To balance this out, the pirates JV and Varsity teams will have their confidence increased by 10 every other expedition. This will have the navs playing against teams with about the same confidence level.
